Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of making a contribution, volunteering, attending an event, or otherwise supporting the Committee. Mobile information—including mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, and text messaging opt-in data—will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be processed by authorized service providers solely as necessary to operate the Committee’s text messaging program, deliver messages on the Committee’s behalf, maintain consent records, and honor opt-out requests. These service providers are not authorized to use this information for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging consent applies only to messages from Wendy Wang for San Gabriel City Council 2026 and is not transferable to another candidate, committee, organization, or business. 4. Campaign Contributions and Public Disclosure Contributions are processed through an independent third-party fundraising platform. Information submitted on that platform is also subject to the platform’s own privacy policy and terms. The Committee may receive contributor information from the fundraising platform for contribution processing, acknowledgments, compliance, reporting, and recordkeeping. California campaign-finance laws may require the Committee to collect and report certain contributor information, such as a contributor’s name, address, occupation, employer, contribution amount, and contribution date. Campaign-finance reports are public records and may be reviewed or published by election officials or members of the public as required by law. 6.
